25.4 x pi x 60 / E^6 = 4.79E-3.
At 36 volts speed = speed at 42 volts * 36/42
Speed is proportional to the battery voltage and the wheel diameter.
Speed is limited by hills and wind.
For a 20 inch wheel the bike speed in km/h at 42 volts is approximately motor rpm/10.
